What are your hours of operation?

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online HERE through our contact form or reach us by call/text 289 823 3541.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our shop implements a cancellation policy. A deposit is often requested to secure a booking reservation. Deposits are refundable up to 48hrs prior to the appointment and will come off the total bill at that time.

If repeated late cancellations or no-shows arise we do request prepayment for the total bill prior to booking.

With less than 48hrs cancellation/rescheduling all prepayment/deposits are rendered for the cost of the time reserved for your booking.

Hair Services

Do you offer consultations before hair services?

Yes! We offer complimentary consultations to ensure we understand your vision.

What hair products do you use?

Our current colour lines are Oligo and Schwarzkopf Professional. We offer a variety of professional take home care products including Alterna Caviar, Oligo, Osis, BC Bonacure and WOW.

Can I bring in a photo of what I want?

Absolutely! Visuals help us bring your ideal look to life. Feel free to send them prior to in person consultation by email or text!

Policies and Payments

Do you take walk-ins?

We recommend appointments to ensure availability. Although we cannot guarantee we will have a team member available to assist you we are always happy to see your face if you should choose to try stopping in.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit, debit, and e-transfers.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — they make perfect gifts and are available in any amount. Click here to purchase online.

For Renters / Professionals

Do you offer private rooms or shared stations?

Both! We offer flexible rental options depending on your needs.

What’s included with my rental?

Rent inclusions can be completely customized but typically include: utilities, WiFi, use of common areas, front desk support, laundry, parking, client leads, ect.
